About the Role: Are you a “Trailblazer” with a passion for exceptional guest service? XOVERLAND Ranch is seeking a Director of Hospitality to curate world-class experiences across our lodging, dining, and event operations. This is not a typical desk job; it is a leadership role that balances strategic planning with hands-on oversight in a dynamic, ranch environment.
You will serve as the primary lead for guest satisfaction, managing everything from facility cleanliness and inventory, to team leadership and vendor coordination. Whether you are managing a small-budget retreat or supporting a major large-scale activation, your goal is to ensure every guest leaves with a lasting positive impression.
What You Will Do
- Lead & Mentor: Recruit, train, and supervise hospitality staff, contractors, and housekeeping teams.
- Elevate Operations: Enforce high standards of cleanliness and facility readiness across all ranch accommodations.
- Manage Events: Act as the sole lead for small ranch events and provide operational logistics support for large-scale productions.
- Administer: Manage the department budget, inventory, and compliance with county health/safety regulations.
Who You Are
- Experienced: You have 4+ years of experience in hospitality, event management, and team leadership.

- Ranch Ready: You are physically capable of traversing uneven outdoor terrain and thrive in a variable work environment, not just an office.
- Certified: You hold a ServSafe Certification (or can obtain one within 6 months).
