The Director of Hospitality is responsible for curating an exceptional guest experience across lodging, dining, and on-site entertainment operations. This leadership role demands a strategic balance of high-level planning and hands-on oversight to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, client care, and operational efficiency. The Director must demonstrate a welcoming, professional demeanor while utilizing strong administrative skills to guarantee a positive experience before, during, and after Ranch events.
Social Media Manager
The Social Media Manager will own the day-to-day management, strategy, content planning, publishing, and reporting across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms for Overland Collective and its individual brands. This role is equal parts strategist, storyteller, analyst, and community builder.
