Super Bloom Camping and REAL Chinese Food

Chinese food in America has resigned itself to be forever a misconception. The food represented in local Chinese restaurants do not represent the food that is served in the country of China proper. Linhbergh and Karissa learn about the not-so-well known Teochew Han Chinese people, and proper non-American-Chinese Chinese food, with food content creator, Stephanie Tea (@stephvnietea). They then go out to explore the wildflower superbloom in central California for Linhbergh to take what he’s learned from Stephanie and make a camp version of char kway teow.
