Jimmy Lewis – Moto Legend/Off-Road coach

The list of Jimmy Lewis’s moto accolades is extensive, including a Dakar Rally podium finish, 4X International Six Day Enduro Gold Medalist, and overall winner of the Baja 1000. Today, Jimmy devotes most of his time and energy to teaching others how to ride and navigate off-road from his off-road training school in Pahrump, Nevada. 

Founded in 1999, Jimmy Lewis Off-Road was spearheaded when a group of San Francisco Bay Area riders, early in the adventure riding movement, contacted Jimmy to see if he could teach them the skills to ride the big bikes in the dirt. It was a huge success, and the classes caught on quickly. Since then, Jimmy and his wife, Heather (an accomplished rider, herself) have been teaching all levels of riders on all types of motorcycles. Their drills are fun, easy to understand, instructional, and above all, increase rider safety. 

Jimmy still loves to ride himself and does so nearly every day from his coaching headquarters in Pahrump, Nevada.
