Rachelle Croft Returns to Rebelle Rally as Part of Official
Toyota Team in All-New Trailhunter 4Runner
Bozeman, MT – July 12, 2025 — After a multi-year hiatus, overland adventurer, XOVERLAND
co-founder, and CEO of the Overland Collective, Rachelle Croft is making a highly anticipated
return to the Rebelle Rally—the premier all-women’s off-road navigation rally in the U.S. She’ll
be behind the wheel of the all-new 2025 Trailhunter Toyota 4Runner, proudly representing the
Official Toyota Team alongside longtime rally partner and fellow adventurer, Taylor Pawley.
Rachelle’s rally journey began with the Gazelle Rally in Morocco, where she competed three
times and fell in love with —the community, the culture, and the challenge. That experience lit a
fire that she carried back home, eager to share it with others and encourage women to step
outside their comfort zones.
A few years later, at the Pacific Northwest Overland Rally, Rachelle was teaching a Rebelle
Rally navigation course. In the crowd was Taylor Pawley, who held a compass for the very first
time that day. Just two weeks later, Taylor signed up for her first Rebelle Rally—and placed 2nd.
That spark of curiosity and confidence turned into a powerful friendship and, eventually, a
formidable rally team.
In 2019, they joined together for the first time in the Bone Stock Class, with Rachelle making her
own comeback after a three-year break. Driving a Lexus GX460—nicknamed Stella—they made
Rebelle Rally history as the first Lexus to win the 4×4 class and the ‘bone stock’ category. The
unmodified vehicle ran flawlessly, showcasing what’s possible with sharp navigation, smart
strategy, and capable driving.
The following year, they returned for their second rally together, this time piloting the J201
LX570, a one-of-a-kind concept vehicle built in collaboration with Lexus and XOVERLAND. With
high stakes and soft dunes ahead, they made a calculated call to preserve the vehicle and
finished 2nd in the 4×4 class, a result that reflected both skill and wisdom.

honored, excited, and ready to take on the challenge again. I’ve never regretted pushing myself
to see what I’m capable of, and I cannot wait to put the new 4Runner to the test in a few short
months!”
Since 2021, Toyota has fielded multiple official teams at Rebelle Rally, investing in leadership,
training, and empowerment. Rachelle and Taylor are proud to be part of the 2025 team.
