Last night we accomplished our last border crossing into Panama! We left this morning from David and our goal was to make it to the southernmost point of the North American continent. Ironically, we found out that the southern tip of Panama is not that location and the Panama canal is the separation point between North America and South America. We drove all day to arrive at a bunch of locked gates, when to our luck the boy whose family owns that water front property came and let us camp on their beach! It’s so amazing to have come all this way and there be a boy who just happens to have a family that lives on the beach next to our geographical goal location. We rolled in right at sunset and the celebration began! This place is beautiful and the Expedition Overland crew has accomplished something great!
